Problems running Flowscan

I am getting the following error when I try to start flowscan:

BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at (eval 8) line 2, <FH> line 6.
invalid key at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5/i386-linux-thread-multi/Net/Patricia.pm line 91, <FH> line 6.
Compilation failed in require at (eval 8) line 2, <FH> line 6.

I have followed the directions from Dynamic Networks (http://www.dynamicnetworks.us/netflow/index.html) on "How to build detailed Network Usage Reports using RRDTool, flow-tools, FlowScan and CUFlow".  So far everthing installed fine, but when I tried to start flowscan it produce the error above.  The box that I am using is a Fedora Core 3 distro.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
