I have attached the detailed schedules for each Vendor demo. We tried to accommodate the availability of all workgroup members (as communicated on the poll) as best that we could. However, there are some people who may be unable to attend the demo for their module(s). Please plan to arrive or login to Zoom 15 minutes before the scheduled demo so we can start promptly! 

We will be doing registration as we get closer to the dates. These schedules are also posted on the ILS Evaluation web page.

After reviewing the poll results and consulting with the vendors, we have scheduled ILS Evaluation demos for the following dates:

May 8-9: SirsiDynix
May 29-30: Polaris

The demos will be in hybrid format, so you will be able to attend either virtually or in-person at SCLS HQ. We are still working out the schedule for the specific modules. When we have the more detailed schedule we will send that out, but for now we wanted to send you these dates so you can get them on your calendars.
