At our last meeting we talked about your impressions of the two vendors reviewed and I mentioned that the next step is create a preliminary recommendation report. I have created a draft of a recommendation report based on the meeting, the vendor demo checklist
notes, and any vendor follow-up. The demo checklists notes and demo follow-up are linked here:

To move forward with compiling the recommendation report, there are a couple of tasks that you need to do.

Here is the draft of the
Circulation Workgroup Recommendation report. Each vendor has a pros and cons section. I have filled in a number of pros and cons based on the demos and discussions (I had to stop as I kept getting mired down in the weeds).
Please review this draft and add your own pros and cons. I don't have a deadline for this right now but everyone should have reviewed this by our meeting, so the deadline is by the meeting (yet to be scheduled). At our meeting we can review this and make the
final recommendation to the Lead Workgroup. There are some additional questions that have been sent to the vendors and we should have these answers by mid-January.
If you have any questions about this please let me know. I think the document is properly set to allow you all to edit but let me know asap so I can fix it. Thanks and happy new year!
