At our last meeting we talked about our impressions of the four Discovery Layers reviewed and I mentioned that the next step is create a preliminary recommendation report. I have created a draft of a report based on the meeting, the vendor demo checklist notes, and any vendor follow-up. To move forward with the putting together the recommendation reports, there are a couple of tasks that I am asking you to do. Please complete this poll by Tuesday, January 7, so I can schedule the meeting. Each system has a pros and cons section. I have filled in some pros and cons based on the demos and discussions. Please review this draft and add your own pros and cons. I don't have a deadline for this right but everyone should have reviewed this by our meeting, so the deadline is by the meeting (yet to be scheduled). At our meeting we can review this and make the final recommendation to the Lead Workgroup. There are some outstanding questions that have been sent to the vendors and I expect to have these answers by mid-January. If you have any questions about this please let me know.
