Updated Reports workgroup report and recommendations

Hi, At the meeting yesterday, there were additional changes made to the list of pros and cons for the vendors and a general recommendation was made by the workgroup members who were able to attend. We would like input from the members of the workgroup who were unable to attend the meeting. ILS Evaluation Reports Workgroup draft and meeting poll

Hello, At our last meeting we talked about your impressions of the two vendors reviewed and Amy mentioned that the next step is create a preliminary recommendation report. We have created a draft of a recommendation report based on the meeting, the vendor demo checklist notes, and any vendor follow-up. The demo checklists notes and demo follow-up are linked here: https://www.scls.info/ils-evaluation-2024-2025#REPORTS. Also, I have attached the notes from our last meeting. To move forward with compiling the recommendation report, there are a couple of tasks that you need to do. Poll for January meeting I have created a poll to find a date for a January workgroup<https://rallly.co/invite/6SAWkZKY9H4D> meeting. Please complete this poll by Thursday, January 16, so the meeting can be scheduled. Each vendor has a pros and cons section. I have filled in a number of pros and cons based on the demos and discussions. Please review this draft and add your own pros and cons. I don't have a deadline for this right now but everyone should have reviewed this by our meeting, so the deadline is by the meeting (yet to be scheduled). At our meeting we can review this and make the final recommendation to the Lead Workgroup. If you have any questions about this please let me know. I think the document is properly set to allow you all to edit but let me know asap so I can fix it. Thanks!
